Shipping Costs.

 

Australia.

Express delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $300. For all orders under $300:

Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $8.95
Australia Post Express (1–4 business days): $15.95

These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly in the lead up to the festive season. 

 

New Zealand.

All International orders are shipped via DHL express. $20 AUD flat rate for New Zealand. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination). Please be sure to include your phone number.

 

Rest of the world.

International delivery is charged at a flat rate of $45 per order and are shipped via DHL Express.

International orders can take 2–7 business days depending on your location.

We are unfortunately unable to ship to USA APO (Army Post Office) addresses.

 

Order Processing.

All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders will be delivered between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. Please be aware that your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on our site, are in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
